Cancellation Policy

Tee-time bookings cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice receive a 100% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tee time receive a 50% refund. To reschedule, please contact the facility at 601-215-5274.

Memberships are month-to-month after the initial one-month term. You may cancel at any time after the first month with 7 days' notice. Cancellations apply at the end of the current billing cycle — no partial refunds for the current month.

Event deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the event date. Within 14 days, deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future event held within 6 months.

Free 30-minute sim sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with no charge. Paid coaching sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
